Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM GMT/BST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping Standard delivery: 2–5 business days. Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout). Free standard shipping on orders over £40.

European Union Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

United States & Canada Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Rest of World Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs charges and import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays & Lost Parcels We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at inquireleexotics@gmail.com. Lost parcels will be investigated with the carrier and, where confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
